FIRST CBM 'TEE OFF FOR KIDS' BENEFIT GOLF TOURNAMENT IS JUST WEEKS AWAY Sponsorship & team registration continues

EDGEWATER, MD (Sept. 1, 2004) - The last chance to participate in what will be one of Southern Maryland's premier sporting events is drawing near. The Concerned Black Men (CBM) of Calvert County extend an open invitation to the community to attend the first 'Tee Off for Kids' Benefit Golf Tournament, being held Thursday, Sept. 16 at South River Golf Links in Edgewater. Come join CBM members, supporters and friends as they tee off and enjoy 18 holes of golf, beverages, food at the turn and an awards banquet. Prizes awarded for first, second and third place groups, longest drives and closest to the pin in this Best Ball/Captain's Choice event. Compete for the hole-in-one prize-a 2005 Mercedes Benz! Proceeds to benefit CBM's mentoring and outreach programs serving youth of Southern Maryland.

Tax-deductible donation is $135 per player or $500 per four-person team. Team registration has been extended to Sept. 7. And sponsorship opportunities are still available!
